Energy Tech Nexus has rapidly established itself as Texas's largest Energy and Carbon Tech hub since its founding in 2024. Beyond providing physical space, ETN serves as a catalyst for innovation, offering founders the mentorship, guidance, and support needed to build what Jason calls "thunderlizards" – massive startups capable of transforming our energy future. Jason's commitment to the energy tech community extends to his role as co-host of the Energy Tech Startup Podcast, where he explores the unique challenges and opportunities of building energy startups in the Lone Star State.
For Jason, ETN's growth brought increasingly complex data management challenges. From membership agreements to parking registrations, and from sign-up forms to buyer demographics, the organization needed a sophisticated system to handle its expanding data needs. "At every other company I've been at, it's another person's full-time job to figure out what the data was," Jason explains, highlighting a common pain point for growing organizations.
